Quotaflow started from a simple problem we kept seeing in 2025: builders were shipping agent products faster than their business model could explain AI cost, user trust, and ROI.
Our answer is an AI Token Wallet that lets developers, teams, and partners manage BYOK, subscribed plans, API usage, cashback, discounts, context, and usage evidence without forcing every user into one model provider.

Our story
In 2025, while building AI agents in San Francisco at Antler, we kept hearing the same anxiety from teams around us: friends from Pear, YC, open-source communities, and early customer conversations were all struggling with the same operating problem.
They wanted to build useful AI products, but they did not want their entire business to depend on one LLM vendor, one opaque route, or one pricing plan. They also worried that if users could not bring their own model access, trust would be harder to earn and lock-in would become the product instead of the value.
We began asking whether there was a better model: let products stay more open, let users bring the models and keys they already trust, and still give builders a way to earn revenue through wallet balances, cashback, discount locks, and partner supply.
At the same time, the broader market was asking the same question in public: where is the ROI from AI spend? Quotaflow became our attempt to make that answer visible. One wallet connects keys, plans, inference supply, agents, teams, usage, context, and returns so AI builders can grow without hiding cost or locking users into a single lab.
