Using Quotaflow

Quotaflow provides software for comparing AI model prices, viewing usage, managing shared context, and estimating AI usage ROI. You are responsible for the prompts, files, outputs, workflows, and account activity you submit through the service.

You may use Quotaflow only in compliance with applicable law, your provider agreements, and any written order form or subscription terms accepted by your organization.

Accounts and teams

Customers should maintain accurate account information, assign roles carefully, and remove access when team members no longer need the service. Shared team features are intended for authorized business use, not public credential sharing.

You are responsible for protecting credentials, API keys, exports, and reports generated from your workspace.

BYOK provider keys

When you use Quotaflow in Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) mode, the provider key remains your key, the provider account and billing relationship remain yours, and your use remains subject to your own agreements with providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Azure, or other configured providers.

Quotaflow may store or receive your provider key so that it can route calls according to your workspace configuration, but Quotaflow does not become the provider account owner, reseller of your provider account, or guarantor of provider availability, billing, rate limits, policy enforcement, suspension, or termination decisions.

If a provider suspends, revokes, rate-limits, or disables your own provider key or account, any resulting loss, interruption, consumed balances, charges, or remediation obligations are your responsibility unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Quotaflow is not responsible for reimbursing losses caused by provider action against a customer-owned key or account.

Subscriptions and token pricing

Quotaflow may offer software subscription tiers for solo users, small teams, and bigger teams. Subscribed customers receive wallet software, usage monitoring, route management, supply discovery, and capacity planning features. Model usage terms depend on approved routes and written agreements.

Published examples, route signals, and model prices are informational unless confirmed in an applicable order form. Actual costs can vary by model, provider, region, volume, route availability, and customer configuration.

Acceptable use

You may not use Quotaflow to evade provider policies, abuse third-party systems, violate intellectual property rights, or operate workflows that are unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized.

We may suspend access to protect customers, providers, our infrastructure, or the wider ecosystem if we reasonably believe activity creates operational, legal, or security risk.

Beta features and estimates

Some Quotaflow features may be preview, beta, or experimental. Wallet balances, capacity allocation estimates, price comparisons, usage insights, and route recommendations should be reviewed by your team before procurement or production decisions.

We aim to keep data accurate and useful, but estimates should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, or procurement advice.
