Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This policy explains the privacy posture for Quotaflow as an AI Token Wallet and model execution product. It focuses on workspace information, usage analytics, wallet activity, model-cost reporting, and customer support workflows.

Information we process

Quotaflow may process account information, workspace settings, team roles, billing context, support messages, model usage metadata, route selections, and generated reports needed to operate the service.

Depending on customer configuration, usage metadata may include model names, provider routes, timestamps, estimated prices, request identifiers, and high-level workflow labels.

How information is used

We use information to provide the product, show usage visibility, calculate route deltas, improve reliability, support customers, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified metrics to understand product performance, model category demand, and the effectiveness of subscribed wallet programs.

Customer workload data and BYOK routing

Evaluation and usage features may use approved workload samples and metadata to compare cost, quality, latency, and route outcomes. Customers should avoid adding secrets, regulated personal data, or content they are not authorized to process.

Where customer content is routed to third-party model providers, including through a customer-supplied BYOK provider key, provider-specific terms, retention settings, billing, and customer configuration may also apply.

Service providers

Quotaflow may rely on infrastructure, analytics, payment, communication, and AI provider services to operate the product. We select vendors to support product reliability, security, and customer operations.

Customer administrators should review their own provider requirements before enabling production workflows.

Retention and controls

Retention periods depend on the feature, customer plan, contractual terms, and operational requirements. Customers may request changes to workspace access or ask about export and deletion workflows through support.

We keep security and operational logs where needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain accurate billing or usage records.

Contact

For privacy questions or workspace data requests, contact the Quotaflow team with your organization name, workspace, and the request type so we can route it correctly.
